Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 24 September 2026
Our commitment
Program management is a team activity, and a tool the whole team cannot use is a broken tool. We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the public website and the application. We have not yet had an independent audit, so we do not claim conformance.
What this looks like today
- Text and controls on the public website meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio.
- Buttons, links and form fields can be reached with the keyboard and show a visible focus ring. Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) opens a command palette that finds any project, task, risk or page; / searches tasks and Q adds one.
- Dialogs keep focus inside while they are open and give it back to the button that opened them. Escape closes the top layer only, never the page underneath.
- Colour is not the only carrier of meaning: status, risk and late work are also written as text.
- Animations respect the reduced-motion setting of your device.
- On a phone, the timeline becomes a schedule list you can read and tap, rather than bars too small to use.
Known limitations
- The timeline chart is a picture of the schedule: a screen reader does not read its bars. The task table holds the same dates, dependencies and float as text.
- Rescheduling by dragging a bar has no keyboard equivalent on the chart itself; change the dates in the task panel instead, which has the same effect.
- Exported PDFs of the timeline are images of the chart without a text alternative. Export the table to Excel or CSV for the data.
- We have not yet tested systematically with screen readers. If you use one, we would like to hear what works and what does not.
Reporting an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email sales@depentra.com with the page, the assistive technology you were using, and what happened. We acknowledge within 2 business days and prioritise accessibility defects alongside functional bugs.
