AI Credits are what Pentra, AI Agents and AI steps in workflows spend when they ask a language model. Each plan includes credits per user, or per active paid member on a Team, every month.
Credits are not tokens. A request is charged what it actually cost to run, converted to credits, so a short question costs about a credit and a whole project plan costs more. You never count tokens.

When the month's credits are used up, AI pauses until they reset or you upgrade. Everything that does not use AI keeps working, and nothing is lost.
AI Credits reset monthly. Individual annual plans reset on the 1st of each month. Team annual plans reset each month on the day your Team subscription began. Monthly plans reset on their billing renewal date. Unused credits do not roll over. Reset dates are in UTC.

One pool per organization, refilled monthly: on the renewal date for a monthly Team, on the day the subscription began for an annual one.
Any paid member can use it, for any project in the organization.
Members, workspaces, projects, agents and workflows are how usage is reported, never separate budgets.
A license adds AI credits once someone accepts it and becomes an active paid member: a member who joins part-way through a period adds a whole allowance for that period. A license nobody has taken adds nothing.
Guests
Guests are free and never take a seat.
A guest sees only the projects and views you share with them.

Is Depentra priced per user or per workspace?

What happens when I run out of AI Credits?
AI pauses until your credits reset or you upgrade, and says so. Everything else keeps working, and nothing is lost. On a Team plan, an organization owner or admin sees where the pool went, by feature, member, workspace and project.
When do my AI Credits reset?
AI Credits refresh monthly. Monthly plans reset on their billing renewal date. Annual Individual plans reset on the 1st of each month, while annual Team plans reset monthly on the day the Team subscription began.
Do unused AI Credits roll over?
No. Credits not used by the reset end with that period, and the new period starts with the full allowance. Changing workspace or organization never resets them.
How does the Team AI pool work?
Every active paid member adds their plan's credits to one pool for the organization: 5 active Professional members × 7,500 credits = 37,500 AI credits a month, shared. A license nobody has taken yet adds nothing. Any paid member uses it for any project in the organization, and so do its agents and workflows. Usage is reported by member, workspace, project, agent and workflow; none of them is a separate budget.
Do guests use a seat or AI Credits?
Neither. Guests are free, see only the projects and views you share with them, and do not use AI in your organization.
How many workspaces can I have?
An Individual plan has one workspace. A Team organization has 2 on Team Basic, 5 on Team Standard and unlimited on Team Professional. Joining other organizations' workspaces as a guest is free on every plan.
If someone on Professional invites me, do I get Professional features?
In their organization, the work runs on their organization's plan. As a paid member of their Team you use its plan and its AI pool there; as a guest you see only what they share with you, without AI. Your own plan applies to your own organization, and never travels into theirs.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
The Standard plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, with every Standard feature and 100 AI credits to try. When the trial ends, choose a paid plan to keep them; if you do not, your account returns to the Free plan and your projects stay exactly as they are.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. An upgrade, or more seats, takes effect immediately and you are charged the prorated difference; your billing date does not move. A downgrade, or fewer seats, takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is deleted because a plan changes.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Up to 25%. Basic is $108 a year instead of $144, Standard $144 instead of $168, and Professional $228 instead of $288, per user.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. You can pay by credit or debit card, and Stripe shows any other methods available where you are, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, at checkout. Card details never touch our servers.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. All paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Depentra is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. At the end of your billing period your account returns to the Free plan: your projects stay, features above Free lock, and you cannot go past Free's limits until you upgrade again. If you want your data deleted, email us and we will do it.
What happens when I hit a limit?
The action that would go past it is refused with a clear message and a way to upgrade: a task, a project, an agent or a workflow switched on. Everything you already have stays, and nothing is ever deleted automatically.
