v1.7.0: Delivery control

  • NewAll four dependency types (finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish, start-to-finish) with lead and lag, applied by one scheduling engine everywhere: the table, the timeline, the Impact Matrix, the simulator and scenarios.
  • NewWorking calendars: working days and named holidays per project, so lag and delay count working days. A "Why this date?" explanation on every task.
  • NewChange history: every change to a task is recorded with who made it and from where, and a whole change can be restored.
  • NewImport an Excel or CSV file into a new or existing project, with column mapping and a preview before anything is written.
  • NewThreaded comments with @mentions, files on tasks, and a command palette (Ctrl+K) that finds projects, tasks, risks and people.
  • NewChange requests with scope, schedule, budget and risk impact, and an approve, send back or reject decision.
  • NewCompany templates: save a project as a template for your organization, and duplicate a project choosing what comes with it.
  • NewPrograms show capacity across projects week by week; cross-project links use all four dependency types and refuse a loop.
  • ImprovedTwo people editing the same task no longer overwrite each other: different fields merge, the same field asks.
  • ImprovedMoney shows in each project's currency, and on a phone the timeline becomes a schedule list: late, today, this week, later.
  • ImprovedScheduling a 5,000-task linked chain went from over 800 ms to under 50 ms.
  • FixedA deleted task's reference is never given to a new task, so history and links always point at the right one.
  • FixedWorkload now counts the tasks a person owns, not only the ones they are assigned as a resource.

v1.6.0: Organizations, workflows and agents

  • NewOrganizations with workspaces, paid members and free guests, and Individual and Team plans.
  • NewWorkflows: a trigger, conditions and steps, including steps that wait, with runs you can inspect.
  • NewAgents that watch a project between visits and raise findings; project health measured the same way everywhere.
  • NewScenarios you can keep and compare, and Programs that roll projects up.
  • FixedDuplicating a project works again, and copies its workflows switched off.

v1.5.0: Depentra AI

  • NewAsk Depentra AI: an assistant beside every project view that answers from the project it can see, with a credit meter.
  • NewThe AI Agent proposes complete changes, and nothing is applied until you approve it.
  • NewNew Project: one creation experience from every entry point, from a template, from scratch or with AI.

  • NewPaid plans through Stripe, monthly or annual, with your payment method in Settings.

  • ImprovedPlan limits and cross-organization access enforced in the database; security headers on every page.
