The Standard plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to every Standard feature. At the end of the trial we will ask you to add payment details. If you do not, your account moves to read-only mode and your data is kept safe for 30 days.
Yes. When you upgrade you are charged the prorated difference right away (you get credit for the unused days on your old plan and pay the new rate for those same days), and your billing date does not move. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you never lose time you have already paid for.
A seat is any member of your organisation who can log in and work in your projects.
Paid plans are billed per seat, and you can buy exactly what you need, starting from just 1. Each seat comes with a single-use activation code you can hand to a teammate to put their account on your plan. Need more later? You can add seats anytime from Billing settings. If you are working solo or in a pair and do not need premium features, the Starter plan supports up to 2 seats for free.

Your account moves to read-only mode at the end of your billing period and all data is retained for 30 days. During that window you can export everything or reactivate. After 30 days data is permanently deleted.
At 80% of any limit your Administrator receives a notification. At the limit, the action that would exceed it is blocked with a clear message and an option to upgrade. Nothing is ever deleted automatically.
Guests are external collaborators, for example clients or vendors, invited to a specific project. Standard includes 5 guests per project, Professional includes 10, and Enterprise is unlimited. Guests do not consume paid seats.
Project Leaders invite members as Viewer, Contributor, or Editor. When joining a project, your plan must match or exceed the Project Leader’s plan; otherwise you will be prompted to upgrade or request access at a lower level.
