What's included
Technical, data, training, communications, support and rollback: each readiness criterion has an owner, a target date, an evidence link and whether it needs a formal sign-off. The criteria feed a readiness review board, and the review feeds the go-live approval, so the dashboard answers the only question that matters in the last fortnight: are we ready, and if not, which category is not.
