What's included
One row per incident, with a severity and a ticket workflow from New to Closed. The dashboard charts tickets raised per day, so the stabilisation curve is visible on first open, and the exit milestone is gated on the exit criteria: no open Sev 1, resolution rate above 90 percent, knowledge transferred to the service desk. Offsets are negative so the log opens with a week of realistic history, including the spike every cutover produces.

3 links, so a slip shows up where it lands
The longest chain in the template. Every link is real: the Gantt draws it, the Impact view scores it, and the simulator moves everything downstream when you delay a task.
- No open Sev 1 for five consecutive daysExit criteria
- Exit hypercareExit criteria
Delay No open Sev 1 for five consecutive days and Depentra shows the downstream task it reaches, the milestones that move, and by how many days, before anyone accepts the slip.
