What's included

One row per incident, grouped by the service it affects, with a severity, a category, the ticket reference and a workflow from New through Triaged, In progress and Waiting to Resolved and Closed. The intake form gives the service desk a way to log incidents directly; the dashboard charts incidents raised per day next to the open count by status; and the post-incident actions are real tasks with owners so the same incident does not happen twice.

Workflow

6 statuses that match the work

Statuses are the board's columns and the filters everywhere else. The one marked complete counts a task as done; edit the list any time.

  1. New
  2. Triaged
  3. In progress
  4. Waiting
  5. Resolved
  6. Closed
Built-in dependency logic

3 links, so a slip shows up where it lands

The longest chain in the template. Every link is real: the Gantt draws it, the Impact view scores it, and the simulator moves everything downstream when you delay a task.

  1. Checkout API returning 500s for EU customersPayments platform
  2. Post-incident review: checkout outagePost-incident actions
  3. Add regional failover for the checkout APIPost-incident actions

Delay Checkout API returning 500s for EU customers and Depentra shows the 2 downstream tasks it reaches, the milestones that move, and by how many days, before anyone accepts the slip.
