How to reach us about an outage
Email sales@depentra.com and say what you were doing and what you saw. Include the time and your browser if you can, since that is usually enough to find it.
What Depentra runs on
Depentra is a small stack built on three providers. Most problems that look like a Depentra outage are actually one of these, and each publishes its own live status page, measured by them rather than reported by us.
Application and hosting
Serves the site and the billing endpoints from Cloudflare’s edge network.
Database and authentication
Stores every project, task, and account, and handles sign-in.
Why there is no uptime percentage here
We would rather show you nothing than show you a number we have not measured. Depentra does not yet run its own uptime monitoring, so there is no honest figure to publish. When that changes, measured numbers will appear on this page.
In the meantime, the three status pages above are authoritative for the infrastructure Depentra depends on, and email reaches a person.
