Cards are grouped into What went well, What did not go well, Key learnings, and Action items, each carrying a sentiment (Positive, Mixed, Negative) and a tag (Process, Tooling, Comms, Scope) so patterns jump out on the dashboard. Action items are real tasks with owners and dates, and the overdue automation chases them, which is the difference between a retro and actual change. Includes a retro table, board, and dashboard.
