What's included

One row per entry, typed as a risk, assumption, issue, dependency, decision or action, with probability and severity scores for risks, a mitigation or response, an owner and a review date. Entries move from Open through Monitoring and Mitigating to Closed. The board shows the register by type or by status, the timeline shows review dates and action deadlines, and the dashboard counts what is open, what is high and what is overdue. Runs on Standard because it is built from tasks; the Professional Risk Register adds the heat map.
