What's included
A migration is a sequence of loads that each has to reconcile before the next is worth running. This plan chains them: profiling and cleansing feed the mappings, the mappings feed the tooling, and trials one to three each depend on the reconciliation of the last, with a cleansing sprint between them. The dress rehearsal proves the runbook and the timing; the cutover load depends on it and on the go/no-go. Each task carries a data domain and a record count, so the dashboard shows which domain is behind.
