Getting started

Search and commands (Ctrl+K)

Find any project, task, risk, person, program, agent, workflow, view or setting you can see, and run common actions, from anywhere.

Opening it

Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) anywhere in the app, or use Search in the top bar. Type to search; use the arrow keys and Enter; Escape closes it. Inside a project, / searches its tasks and q adds a task quickly.

What it finds and does

It searches what you can already open: your projects, the open project's tasks, risks, people and views, settings pages, and -- from two letters -- tasks, risks, programs, agents and workflows across all your projects. Choosing something in another project opens that project first.

Actions include create project, import a spreadsheet, create task, create risk, invite member, create workflow, create agent and ask pentra. You only see the actions your role and plan allow.
