Working together

Comments, @mentions, replies and files

Discuss a task where the work is: threads, @mentions that notify, resolving, and files attached to the task.

Comments and replies

Open a task and use Comments at the bottom of the drawer, or the comment icon in the table. Reply to start a thread; edit your own comments; resolve a thread when it is settled (it folds away but stays readable). Deleting a comment that has replies leaves "This comment was deleted" so the replies keep their context.

Anyone who can work on tasks can comment. Viewers can read comments. The author or the project owner can delete one.

@mentions

Type @ and part of a name to pick a member of the project. They get a notification that opens the task and scrolls to your comment. Replying to someone's thread notifies them too. Copy link on any comment gives a link straight to it.

Files

Files on a task: drop a file on the Files section or use Add file (up to 25 MB each). Images show a thumbnail; everything downloads through a link that works for a minute. The person who uploaded a file, or the project owner, can delete it.
