Operating model: escalation, high risk and currency

Set once how a project is run -- when a late milestone is critical, what counts as a high risk -- and the currency it counts in.

The rules

Project settings, Operating model. Escalate a milestone forecast late by (5 days by default): a slip that large is critical in the milestones health and the findings; a smaller one is high. A risk is high from a score of (15 by default, probability times impact): high risks without a mitigation are raised as findings and head the Home risk list.

Before saving, the page shows the project's health under the rules as saved and as you have them.

Currency and number format

Choose the currency this project's budgets, costs, rates and risk exposure are in, and how its numbers and dates read. Stored values do not change -- only how they are shown. Depentra's own prices stay in the currency you are billed in.
