What's included
Cost lines grouped by category, each with planned cost, actual cost, committed cost, a forecast at completion and a budget status. The Budget view computes CPI, EAC and VAC from the same rows, so the variance a finance partner asks about is the number the project sees. Quarterly reforecasts and the contingency review are dated tasks on the timeline, and the dashboard shows planned against actual at a glance.
