What's included

Six named resources with roles, teams, hours per day and rates, assigned to allocation blocks that carry estimated hours. The Workload view reads those assignments against each person’s capacity and flags over-allocation; the Resources view is the directory with rates. Capacity baselines feed the first allocation plan, the plan feeds the next, and a utilisation review sits between them, so levelling is a dated task with an owner rather than a hope.

5 statuses that match the work

Statuses are the board's columns and the filters everywhere else. The one marked complete counts a task as done; edit the list any time.

  1. Not started
  2. In progress
  3. Blocked
  4. In review
  5. Complete
Built-in dependency logic

13 links, so a slip shows up where it lands

The longest chain in the template. Every link is real: the Gantt draws it, the Impact view scores it, and the simulator moves everything downstream when you delay a task.
