What this template gives you

A hiring pipeline that tracks candidates from Applied through Screening, Interview, and Offer to Hired. Every candidate carries Email, Phone, and CV/Portfolio link columns plus a salary expectation and a colour-coded interviewer rating. The template installs a candidates table, an intake Form view for logging new applicants, an interview Calendar, and a Dashboard, and switches on two automations: overdue candidates alert the owner, and candidates marked complete move to the Hired group automatically.
