What's included
A new starter’s first ninety days as one plan. HR owns the contract and paperwork, IT owns accounts and equipment, the manager owns the plan and check-ins, and the steps depend on each other in the order they really happen: no day-one login without the account, no account without the signed contract. Dates run from the start date, so duplicate the project per starter and every onboarding lands on the calendar. The checklist view is what the starter sees; the timeline is what HR watches.
