What this template gives you

A repeatable onboarding runbook: kickoff and contract, account provisioning, data import, integrations, training, and a go-live milestone with a 30-day health review. Each step carries an Owning team (Sales, Customer Success, Engineering), a Blocked checkbox, and a link to the relevant runbook or checklist. Dependencies keep the go-live date honest: a blocked data import visibly pushes everything downstream. Completed steps file themselves into a Done group automatically, and overdue steps alert the owner. Includes plan table, timeline, checklist, and dashboard views.
