What's included
A business case is written in an order: the problem before the options, the options before the costs, the costs and benefits before the recommendation. This plan chains the sections, gives each an owner and a review, and gates the investment decision on the finance and risk reviews. Every section carries a cost or benefit figure where it has one, so the dashboard reads the case as it takes shape, and the benefits become tracked rows with a target and an owner once the case is approved.
