What's included
Every purchase is a row that moves through Requested, Sourcing, Evaluation, Approval, Ordered and Received. It carries the category, the requesting team, the amount, the supplier, an approval state and, once raised, the PO number. The intake form lets anyone raise a request; the Approvals view shows what is waiting for sign-off; the calendar shows needed-by dates; and the dashboard shows open requests by category and spend against plan.
