What's included
Items grouped by location, each with a SKU, on-hand quantity, par level, unit cost, a reorder flag and a supplier link. The workflow tracks the count cycle: Due for count, Counted, Reorder, On order. Filter on the reorder flag and you have the purchase list. Count cycles sit on the calendar with a monthly full stock-take milestone, overdue counts alert the owner, and the dashboard keeps shortfalls and count progress visible.
