What's included
Sprints are groups, so the board can show one sprint at a time or the whole backlog, and the status flow is the one an engineering team uses: Backlog, To Do, In Progress, In Review, Done. Each item carries a work type, story points and acceptance criteria. The dependencies between stories keep the sprint honest: the reporting API waits on task CRUD, the performance pass waits on both API and notifications. The dashboard charts completion over time and what is stuck.
